Follow the 2027 One Year Bible Reading Plan and daily Bible reading schedule to read through the whole Bible with balanced readings, Psalms, daily devotion, customized prayer, worship songs, Sunday rest, holiday rest, PDF download, and links to each day’s reading page.
Welcome to our One Year Whole Bible Reading Plan.
This plan is created to help you read through the entire Bible in one year, from Genesis to Revelation. Each day, you will walk through God’s Word step by step with a balanced reading schedule, daily introduction, devotional reflection, customized prayer, and related worship song.
Our goal is not only to help you finish reading the Bible in one year, but also to help you understand God’s Word, pray through Scripture, apply biblical truth in daily life, and grow closer to the Lord.
You can download the 2027 Whole Bible Reading Plan PDF and follow the schedule at your own pace.
The PDF is helpful for personal devotion, family Bible reading, small groups, church reading plans, and discipleship.

This plan is designed to help you read through the entire Bible in one year, from Genesis to Revelation.
Through the year, you will walk through the story of creation, covenant, law, wisdom, prophecy, the life of Jesus Christ, the early church, the letters of the apostles, and the hope of the new creation.
The 2027 Whole Bible Reading Plan is arranged with a more balanced daily reading amount.
Instead of making some days too heavy and other days too light, we try to keep the daily readings steady and easier to follow throughout the year.
This helps you stay consistent, encouraged, and able to continue the journey one day at a time.
Each reading day includes Bible passages together with a Psalm.
This helps us not only read and understand God’s Word, but also learn how to pray, praise, lament, give thanks, trust, and worship God through the Psalms.
The Psalms teach us how to bring our whole heart before the Lord in every season of life—whether we are joyful, sorrowful, weak, thankful, waiting, or full of praise.
In this 2027 plan, we will read through the book of Psalms two times during the year. Because Psalms are prayers and songs of worship, reading them repeatedly helps us remember God’s truth, grow in prayer, and learn how to worship Him more deeply.
Over time, the words of the Psalms can become part of our own prayer language and help us praise God in daily life.
This plan is designed with Sunday as a rest day.
From the beginning of creation, God gave us a rhythm of work and rest. After six days of creation, God rested on the seventh day. This reminds us that rest is a gift from God.
By resting from the reading schedule on Sunday, we hope you can have more space to worship God, attend church, spend time with family, pray, reflect, and let God’s Word settle more deeply in your heart.
Sunday can also be used as a catch-up day.
If you were not able to finish the readings during the week, you can use Sunday to slowly catch up without feeling discouraged.
This makes the plan more flexible and helps you continue the journey with peace instead of pressure.
The 2027 plan also includes rest days on important holidays such as New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter, and Christmas.
These days give us space to worship, reflect, gather with family and church, and remember God’s grace in meaningful seasons of the year.
Our hope is that this plan will help you read faithfully without becoming burdensome.
Each day in the calendar includes the assigned Bible passages for that day.
You can use the calendar to follow the schedule, check your progress, and open the daily reading page.
Each daily reading page includes a short introduction to help you understand the main content of the day.
The introduction highlights the key message, important themes, and how the reading connects with the larger story of Scripture.
The devotional reflection helps you think about what the passage teaches and how God’s Word speaks to our faith and daily life.
Our hope is that each reflection will help you move from reading Scripture to receiving, meditating, and responding to God’s Word.
Each daily prayer is based on that day’s Bible reading.
The prayer helps us respond to God’s Word, apply it to our daily lives, and pray for ourselves, the people around us, and the world.
Where available, we also provide a related worship song after the devotion and prayer.
The song is selected to resonate with the theme of the day’s reading and help you continue meditating on God’s Word through worship.
Below you will find the daily Bible reading calendar for the whole year.
Each day includes the assigned Scripture reading and a link to the daily reading page. On each daily page, you can find the reading guide, devotional reflection, customized prayer, and related worship song.

Find today’s date in the calendar and read the assigned Bible passages.
Then click the daily reading page link to read the introduction, devotion, prayer, and worship resources.
After reading the Scripture passages, take time to pray.
Ask God to help you understand His Word, apply it to your life, and walk with Him faithfully.
Because Sunday is a rest day, you can use it for worship, reflection, family time, church, or catching up on any unfinished readings.
Let Sunday become a day of grace, not pressure.
If you miss a day, do not give up.
You can catch up slowly, use a rest day, or continue with the next reading. The purpose of this plan is not perfection, but a faithful journey through God’s Word.
Before starting each Bible book, we encourage you to read the Introduction and Overview for that book.
These guides help you understand the background, structure, main themes, key verses, and spiritual message of each book.
When you understand the setting and purpose of a Bible book, the daily readings become clearer and more meaningful.
Our hope is that these introductions will help you read God’s Word with greater confidence, joy, and love for the Lord.
